Dr. Katarzyna Szlachetko is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Gdansk. She has been associated with the Metropolitan Institute since 2018, serving as editor-in-chief of the periodical ‘Metropolitan. Scientific Review’. She is interested in widely understood local government law, with a particular focus on problems of spatial and environmental nature. Dr. Katarzyna Szlachetko upgrade her professional skills in this field, among others by studying ‘Spatial Management’ at the Warsaw School of Economics. She combines her scientific interests with the practice of law as an attorney-at-law in SZLACHETKO Prawnicy&Urbaniści Law Office.
